COVID-19 PROTOCOL

The health and safety of our team and clients is our top priority. Before booking an appointment we asked that you please review the self screening questions listed below and take the appropriate steps to ensure your own health and the safety of those around you.

SELF SCREENING QUESTIONS

 

Do you have a new onset of any of the following symptoms: fever/chills, cough, soar throat/hoarse voice, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea for more than 24 hours?

 

Have you been in close contact in the last 14 days with someone that is confirmed to have COVD-19?

 

Have you been exposed to COVID-19 in a work or public setting in the last 14 days (e.g. a setting that has been identified by public health as a risk for acquiring COVID-19, such as on a flight, in a workplace or community with a cluster of cases, or at an event)?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions please do not book an appointment until you are symptom free and/or have completed your self-isolation period. If you already have an appointment scheduled please contact us to rebook.

MASKS    

 

All staff and guests are required to wear a mask at all times.

                        

SANITIZATION AND SAFETY

All guests will be required to disinfect their hands before entering. We have a sanitization station at the entrance.
