PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

BOOKING POLICY

Please note that submitting a deposit does not guarantee confirmation of your appointment. Your booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us, which will include the finalized time, location and date details. In the event that we are unable to fulfill the appointment for any reason, we will issue a refund of your deposit, less a 4% processing fee.

We kindly request that all remaining balances be settled in cash. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we can accept payment via PayPal, credit card or Zelle. Please note that a 15% processing fee will apply to these payment methods.

Requests for specific stylists are not guaranteed and may be subject to change due to scheduling or availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up and you may have to change or cancel an appointment from time to time, however deposits are non refundable. We will happily change or cancel the service for you, we simply ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time to make any changes. If a refund is requested within 24 hours of your appointment, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, the same 4% processing fee will apply. If the appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window, the deposit will not be refunded and can not be used towards a future service.

NO SHOW POLICY

If your appointment is missed completely without notifying the salon or your stylist 24 hours ahead of time, the deposit will not be refunded. If the service was paid in full and the appointment was missed, 50% of the payment may be refunded to you less any fees (including PayPal fees or travel costs) *depending on the situation. If a deposit was not made but a credit card was provided in place of one, you may be charged 50% of the cost of the missed service on the credit card. If an appointment was no showed and you'd like to rebook, you may be asked to provide a non refundable deposit of the total service to reserve another appointment.

STANDBY FEE 

If you arrive late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your stylist will be able to wait, as they may have other scheduled appointments to attend.

If the stylist is available to wait, a standby fee of $25 USD per 15 minutes will apply. There is a 10-minute grace period; after that, standby charges will begin. Any applicable fees will be added to your final bill or may be requested via PayPal, credit card or Zelle.

HAIR EXTENSION PURCHASE POLICY

All hair extension purchases made through Prep are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the custom, hygienic, and professional nature of hair extensions, once extensions have been purchased, ordered, opened, prepared, color matched, or reserved for a client, ownership of those extensions immediately transfers to the client regardless of whether the extensions are ultimately installed.

Prep does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on hair extensions under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind
* Cancellation of appointment
* Delayed installation
* Dissatisfaction unrelated to manufacturing defects
* Removal of extensions prior to installation
* Decisions to seek services elsewhere

Clients acknowledge that hair extensions are considered a custom beauty product and cannot be resold once allocated to a specific client due to health, sanitation, and quality control standards.

In situations where extensions are removed from packaging, custom colored, toned, cut, altered, installed, or prepared in any way, the extensions are deemed fully accepted by the client and remain the sole property and responsibility of the client.

By purchasing hair extensions through Prep, the client confirms they understand and agree to this policy in full.
