POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
 
Please read prior to booking an appointment:

All requested appointments are considered pending until we contact you to confirm the details.


CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up and you may have to change or cancel an appointment from time to time, however deposits are non refundable. We will happily change or cancel the service for you, we simply ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time to make any changes. If a refund is requested a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. If the appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window, the deposit will not be refunded and can not be used towards a future service. 
 
NO SHOWS

If your appointment is missed completely without notifying the salon or your stylist 24 hours ahead of time, the deposit will not be refunded. If the service was paid in full and the appointment was missed, 50% of the payment may be refunded to you less any fess (including PayPal fees or travel costs) *depending on the situation. If a deposit was not made but a credit card was provided in place of one, you may be charged 50% of the cost of the missed service on the credit card. If an appointment was no showed and you'd like to rebook, you may be asked to provide a non refundable deposit of the total service to reserve another appointment.

STANDBY FEE 

If you are late to the appointment, we can not guarantee that your stylist is able to wait for you as we may have other appointments we need to get to. If the stylist is available to wait for you to arrive to the appointment, we will require your consent to pay the standby fee. The standby fee is 50 USD per 30 minutes. This amount will be added to your final bill or we may ask that you pay it via PayPal.
